Shipping Policy

Overview

All Three Tides products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow time for both production and shipping when estimating your delivery date.

Production Time

Most orders are produced within 3–7 business days before being handed off to the carrier. Production times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
Europe & Australia: 7–21 business days
Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the fulfillment partner processing your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Three Tides is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@threetidesny.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
