Returns

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email us
Send your order number to returns@threetidesny.com with "Return Request" in the subject line. Include the reason for your return (sizing, changed mind, etc.).

We'll send a label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day. Print it, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any USPS location.

Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3–5 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
⚠️ Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

FAQ

My order hasn't arrived — what do I do? +
First, check your tracking email for updates. If it's been more than 7 business days for standard shipping or 5 for express, email us at hello@threetidesny.com with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
We process orders quickly, but email us at hello@threetidesny.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make changes. Once shipped, we can't modify or cancel orders.
I received the wrong item. What now? +
We're sorry about that! Email hello@threetidesny.com with a photo of what you received and your order number. We'll send the correct item with express shipping at no cost to you.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? +
Yes! USPS shipping options (Standard and Express) can be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Just make sure to enter the P.O. Box as your shipping address at checkout.
How long until I see my refund? +
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, we process refunds within 5–7 business days. It may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
